M. Jane Brady
Jane Brady is the former Delaware Attorney General and Superior Court Judge who has tried several hundred jury trials as a litigator. Jane offers her expertise to help you evaluate your case, develop trial strategy, and prepare witnesses for testimony (both at trial and at deposition).
As Delaware's first woman Attorney General, Jane was instrumental in developing legal support for victims of crime, interpreting and expanding FOIA (the Freedom of Information Act), and modernizing Delaware's response to child abuse, senior victimization, and animal cruelty.
Jane offers her services in the areas of constitutional law, witness preparation, case evaluation, and trial strategy. Additionally, Jane serves as a mentor to attorneys throughout the Bar.

Jane Brady was a prosecutor for 12.5 years, where she prosecuted everything from minor crimes to capital murder. She was elected three terms as Delaware's first woman Attorney General, and she served a twelve-year term as a judge of the Delaware Superior Court.
